This year for me at work has been a mess. A few weeks alot of guys quit or got fired. I was working with three guys overnight but, now Monday just made overnights tougher and harder. The last two guys got fired and now I'm stocking shelves by myself and its impossible to get the job complete. One thing I do know is its not gonna get better and have to take one day at a time hoping they can hire more guys/gals on to help.

We've all felt that way at times but this sounds pretty extreme. You can't do it all so don't try to. Do what you can, of course, but understand your limits. The more you do, the less inclined management will be to get you some help. Hang in there, help is on the way.

Yeah, I hate that it's true, but I think Steve was right. Hang in there, Chris! This will pass. One day at a time is definitely the right attitude.

My New Year's is already starting off good
I got some REALLY REALLY good news last night from one of my employees from work and when I heard the news I was so happy. Now I can say I won't be that stressed out!!!!!! I went to work as my boss on Halloween and when I did it was so funny cause I check with my store manager to make sure it was alright with him but he told me he would need a couple days to think about the idea. So when it took a couple of days I saw him in his office and asked him if he thought about the idea and he told me that it was okay.
