Which trade rule have I not won a concert with to unlock the rule?

To unlock the "win concerts with all of the other trade rules" rule?
First, you'll need to win a concert with the new trade rule added yesterday, which you unlocked already with "convert five artists." So far, you are the only person to unlock it, but I will probably get there in the next week or two.
Second, you'll need to "be very lucky" to acquire another trade rule, and then win with it. So far, only Chris and Matthew have that one, and they haven't used it yet. Keep playing and you'll be lucky sooner or later.
