Scott Hardie: “It ruled.”
A great story, well told, with a light touch on both the tension and the Hollywood-insider humor. If Ben Affleck is directing respectable movies to make up for schlock like Daredevil and Pearl Harbor, he's welcome to keep it up. The movie takes great pains to accurately recreate the wardrobe and photography of the period, but the songs on the soundtrack are weirdly all generic hits instead of deep cuts.
