I'm a big fan of this original cast of SNL. Gilda Radner, in particular, was an absolute gem, and it turns out that maybe Chevy Chase was an egotistical asshole from day 1? In the end a fantastic behind-the-scenes look at the the cocaine-fueled shitshow that was the first episode of what has become a 50-year-and-counting staple of late night television.
Bonus trivia: Did you know that Howard Shore wrote the theme music to SNL?
