Things are going well these days. Kelly's in Chicago for two weeks, so I get the place to myself, except for these noisy, attention-starved cats. Tomorrow I'm meeting one or two gamers that I found online, just to make friends before we start playing in a few weeks. Sunday I'm going to visit my mom. I started my job search and turned in a few applications, but nothing seems promising so far, and I don't want to mention specifics here. My first response was, "We have received your application. Please allow 3-6 weeks for a response from the hiring department." Oh well, any first step is a good step. :-)
