Hmm, I don't know. I see it fine in WMV format; there's a real trailer there. Maybe you should delete the cookie and try the RM version?

I agree. People forget that RM is intended for streaming media and so the picture compression is very high; there are formats better suited to promotional content on a little-visited site like that.
