I'm totally dizzy trying to navigate what's what and what's good and what's not. So. many. kinds. The most we could spend would probably be like $400-$500.

Is there an easy "duh" way to find out what kinds of cameras movies are shot on? Is that included in the credits? We recently saw "Jesus Camp" and really admired the look of the whole thing, and we're in the market for a video camera soon. I'm positive it was digital...
