Funeratic now loads over a secure connection (https instead of http). You should be able to verify this in your browser's address bar. A little bit of information about this has been added to the Privacy Policy page (look for the green padlock icon). If you experience any difficulty getting around the site, or strange behavior like pages not loading correctly, please let me know.
I made this change because Chrome will soon explicitly warn users that it's not secure to enter passwords into sites using http. I don't entirely agree about the risk; Funeratic is a silly little game/forum website, not your bank's website or your doctor's website where security is essential. But plenty of people re-use passwords from website to website, and I guess Google's gradual approach gives us all time to adjust.
This change only applies to the domain funeratic.com. If you access this site at a different alternate domain because funeratic.com is unavailable where you live or work, you will still get the plain old http connection. In that case, I urge you to ignore Chrome's warnings, or if you really have concerns, to use a unique password here that you share with no other website.
