The return of Rock Block tomorrow has prompted me to make a change that's overdue: You can now hide specific sections of Funeratic. For example, I doubt that anybody beyond the current roster of Gothic Earth players has any use for the GE content on the site. If there are sections that do not interest you at all, you can now hide them from the site header and footer, and from the gray pages that make up the site's infrastructure (like search results). These hidden sections will disappear from the main navigation bar across the top of every page, and get folded up into a single link under Funeratic: Other Sections. You can always un-hide them later if you change your mind.
If you have subscriptions, be careful! It's possible to hide a section from the Manage Subscriptions page, which would leave you unable to unsubscribe to messages from that section. Make sure that you opt out of any subscriptions that you don't want before you go hiding sections.
Speaking of Rock Block's return, some of the discussions here in Tragic Comedy are bound to focus on RB, and that's not everybody's cup of tea. I've added an option to the Display Options page that lets you opt out of RB discussions if they don't interest you. (Alternatively, if you're only here for the games and you want to see discussions about them, but you don't want to hear about current events or whatever else we're yakking about in TC, you can set the settings that way.) When you start a new discussion, there's a checkbox to flag it as about being about Rock Block; please use that checkbox when appropriate.
