Definitely true. There are all kinds of ways around laws. It's no secret that I loathe the obstructionism of Congressional Republicans (grrr), but in using executive orders to get around their refusal to work with him, Obama has indeed bent and broken the laws to get his way. The left doesn't want to acknowledge this, adopting a sort of they-started-it mentality, but it's true. And the right points it out all the time. Is the right not concerned that their own man Trump would violate laws whenever it's the only way to get what he wants done?
