I hope things don't get nasty either. As a white man approaching middle age, I think people will look at me entering the polling place and assume I'm voting Trump. I can't imagine how intimidating it must be to approach the entryway as a woman or a racial minority or a millenial, being glared at by so many aging white male "poll watchers" who don't want me there.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
