You need to discover one R5 and one R2, correct? There are two main ways to discover new artists:
1) See them in concert against someone else. I'd challenge you right now and bring them, except that I don't have either of those two yet, sorry. I bet Steve has them. Maybe challenge him and ask him to bring the R5 and R2 that you haven't discovered yet?
2) Get the Collection Guide page to offer them to you. It offers you pairs of artists at those ranks, right? Keep accepting one or the other of each pair of R2s and R5s until you discover both artists. If the page doesn't offer you one of those ranks, it means you need to collect more of the next lowest rank first. (You have to have a certain number of R1s before it offers you an R2, et cetera.)
Happy unlocking! :-D

Scott I could use your help on another achievement. It's discover every artist. I don't really understand that one. It says 2 more so is it when you have new artist you play on the table.
