I skimmed through it. I knew more than I thought I would. Yikes!
You know what really made me feel old the other day? They were talking to Robert Trujillo on the radio (Metallica is on tour!), and they asked him how it felt that he was becoming the longest tenured Metallica bassist this year. When did that happen?? I still think of him as the new guy!!

Also, why you starting new concerts? Are you saving taking my poor R1 band for later? :D
Scott Hardie | May 1
Yeah, I was thinking about that recently with Trujillo. He's only played on two albums, so he doesn't feel as accomplished as their other bassists. And yet, that's a time period spanning 14 years! To me that says much more about how much the boys have slowed down than about Trujillo. I'd say they've earned the long breaks. (I want to follow-up with you about the new album now that it's been out for a while, but I went for an open discussion instead.)
I didn't plan to pursue a feat this week, but then I racked up a few wins and figured, why not give it a shot. Do you mind if I hang onto the R1 concert for a few days?

Finish the concert when you need to. No problem!
I saw the discussion. I will be adding to it soon. Soonish. :)

Looking at this list of 90s slang makes me feel culturally out of touch. I was the right age to know this stuff but I don't recognize at least a third of the terms on here.
