I haven't seen this movie yet, so I can't comment on my reaction to it. But I can raise a question: Does this need to exist? Pixar established an outstanding reputation for quality entertainment over the years, but ever since Disney bought them, it's been sequels, sequels, sequels. Disney is looking for the guaranteed money-in-the-bank investment of a sequel, but I think it's safe to say that Pixar did quite well selling tickets to original films, because their brand lured the audience back again and again, instead of needing Buzz and Woody or whatever other returning characters. Creative stagnation seems like a significant risk for Pixar at this rate. Am I wrong?

I saw it - it was good - but not great. To me, it's definitely not the classic the first one is. Coco was brilliant so let's hope there are still some original stories still yet to come.
