Scott Hardie: “It ruled.”

To enjoy this, you don't need to have grown up on the 1980s cartoon series like I did, since it's mostly just a jumping-off point for the plot. What you really need is an appreciation for animation history and pop culture: This is far closer in spirit to Who Framed Roger Rabbit or The Lego Movie, slapping together characters from entirely different properties just to get a laugh, and cramming the margins so much that you can't spot every joke in one viewing. Surprisingly few of the characters included are owned by Disney; this must have had a huge budget for licensing. I got quite a few laughs out of this and I recommend it.
