Scott Hardie: “It was ok.”

This is a pretty dumb movie about pretty smart ideas. Too many rewrites left it crammed with inconsistencies and clich├ęs, and the dialogue is laughably bad. But it has a great hook at the start, and stunning disaster scenes that belong in a better film.
