Scott Hardie: “It ruled.”
Pretty good thriller. Al Pacino is always mesmerizing. Ellen Barkin and John Goodman are sexy and funny; you can guess which. I would have been dissatisfied if I had wanted a solid police procedural; it's better experienced as a walk in Pacino's soulful shoes for two hours.
