Erik Bates: “It ruled.”

A fitting end to the series. After reading the books, I was curious how they would put on-screen some of the elaborate scenes described in the book. I wasn't disappointed in the least. Much like the rest of the series, the movie seemed to follow the book pretty closely - not much straying or taking license with the source material. Some will like that. Some will not. Personally, I'm 100% ok with it, and found it to be a thoroughly entertaining movie.

Samir Mehta: “It ruled.”

The Hunger Games books and movies have always unfairly been marginalized as "YA sci-fi dystopia". Mockingjay is the book (and movie) that puts an end to that noise. This is a genuinely great movie.
