What does everyone think about co-sleeping, which is letting your children sleep in the same bed with you and your spouse? I know a few of you have kids - do you/did you do this? This article said that as many as 30 percent of American families do this, and I was surprised. I had heard of it before, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not - I can see benefits on both sides. Curious to know what you guys think.

P.S. I guess all I can write about right now is sleeping.

I crave protein a lot, so I eat a lot of it. Today I had a mostly tuna lunch, so I don't think it's that. I probably just need more shut-eye.

I've had blood tested within the last year, and they said all was normal. I think I'm just sleepy today, I had a rough day yesterday and not enough sleep. At least it's Friday, and for me, PAYDAY! =)

I hear speed keeps you awake.....of course i would know nothing of that as Lori can attest to.

How did this discussion get eight responses without any mention of that certain pop singer charged with drugging and raping a cancer-stricken boy? Anyway, I can't contribute much to this conversation. I slept with my parents probably a half dozen times in my youth, not counting the baby years, but I tossed and turned from an early age and have been an insufferable bedmate ever since. If the family budget allows it, I am 100% in favor of separate bedrooms for husband and wife; it can save their marriage, depending on the couple.

Scott - because we weren't discussing anything sordid?
