Perhaps it's a bad time to ask this question, what with the coronavirus outbreak and many restaurants now being drive-thru only, or perhaps that makes it the perfect time to ask:
Does a restaurant operating only a drive-thru window constitute discrimination against the blind, who cannot operate motor vehicles? A man in Louisiana sued McDonald's over it, and as far as I can tell, the case is still going. I'll leave the legal interpretation to a judge; I'm interested in your opinion of the ethical interpretation.
