Last night it snowed for the first time this season. (Let's see what kind of karma that gets.)

It has not snowed in Chicago yet.

It was a quick drizzle, maybe 20 minutes of light snow. I didn't want to count it, but for other reasons. Mostly it's been very warm here. Didn't even need a coat yesterday. Looking forward to going to Florida for Christmas just when the real winter starts. :-)

It rained for a few minutes here in Vegas. It was great to see all the tourists skidding out in their cars as there are no sewers to drain the water off the streets. Amazingly enough the other day it was cold enough to see my breath. I love the desert. I also love dessert.

Block Party II: Cold Turkey

Is there sufficient interest in another "block party" for RB this Friday? The idea is similar to what Russ proposed last time: From 9am till midnight, play lots of concerts, talk to lots of players, and snack on leftovers. Go »
