Should sales tax be removed from groceries and other necessities?

They should remove Sales Tax on Porn!!!!! hehehe

I think in terms of groceries, only non-prepackaged foods are not taxed. Produce, fish, meat, etc. If you buy your lean-cuisine meals, they are taxed.

Is it? I thought we still paid it. If not, oops!

It varies all around. I don't think we'll see any reduction in the sales tax, let alone elimination of it for certain products, any time soon.

What I would like to see, but it's pointless to hope for, is businesses including the tax in the advertised price, so we wouldn't have to do the math (sorry Melissa).

I think it should be included too. I hate not knowing what the actual price of something is. It would be an adjustment, but worth it.
