I'm sure you're busy - I just wanted to register that I miss you online so much. I know I should call but I always feel like I'm intruding for some reason.

Anyway. That's all.

Thank you Anna. :-) I miss being online. I've always been terrible at time management, and when I have little free time, I still wind up spending it on fun trivial stuff like this site. So what if I have dirty dishes stacked up in the sink? So what if I have unanswered phone calls on my answering machine? I'll get to them when I have time. Illogical thinking, yes, but it's hard to stop.

Melissa and her husband just bought an adorable house, and will be moving very soon - that and school starting back up for her (she's a teacher) means she probably won't be around for a while.

Scott Hardie | January 14, 2005
Anna, this discussion wouldn't have anything to do with you not being drunk last night, would it? ;-)

I was just thinking this morning about how I missed Melissa. Lori, to my knowledge, is still active as an author, just busy and/or quiet at the moment. Melissa seems to have departed for good. Then again I haven't been saying much lately either. I think I'm going to rectify that for one night.

Anna Gregoline | January 14, 2005
Ah, but I mispelled nothing in my post! Therefore, I wasn't exactly DRUNK.... =)

I really do miss you, Scott.

Melissa has just been darn busy - she stopped coming before the election, then it was traveling home for Xmas, now they're buying a house...I'm sure she'll resurface.

Anna Gregoline | January 14, 2005
Oh, and she was in another car accident and has to go back to the chiropractor, so she's not feeling exactly herself either...

Scott Hardie | January 15, 2005
I was going to say that Lori has been pregnant for a while now and perhaps she has been delivering the baby this week. But her last comment was January 7, the one before that on December 31, the one before that on December 20... It seems like she lost interest in general. Lori, come back, we miss you!

Maybe she had it on my birthday!!! ;DDD

I don't blame you, Lori. This is my own damn site and I still don't have much time for it, so I don't hold anybody else to standards of participation. But all the same I did miss you and I'm glad you're still around sometimes to leave a comment.

hehehe -- gotcha

So, is "Michael" his middle name, then?

I've always liked "Mikela", "Mikala", "Mikayla" for feminine forms of "Michael" -- I had a friend in the 6th grade who went by "Mike", and hers was the first spelling. I remember when she introduced herself to my dad as "Mike" and thinking, "That's weird -- did she say 'Mike"?" ;-> But I like it.

Good natured? Me? I haven't been good natured since jr. high.

Yes, I was going to mention her, but didn't want to put you off of the name if you liked it -- I guess that's what *everyone* thinks of when they hear that name now, actually! (Guilty secret: I kind of think she's cool...)
