Do you think we'll ever see these? I hope so, it seems neat. I can't help but think though, that the costs would be too high to sustain a building like that.

Does seem very cool. Seems to me that with this sort of system food prices would remain a little more stable. You don't run the risk of ruined crops from bugs or animals, and weather wouldn't really be a factor. There's the possibility of never having a bad crop. The only problem I see with it is the amount of water required to maintain this sort of system. Maybe they've covered this in their presentation. My Acrobat Reader isn't working. Very neat though.
