Enma Ai is a lot prettier and more interesting, but also looks like a lot more work. If you want to go for it, I say that's the one.

Well, I think that both ideas seem great, personally. I think the choice should depend on the atmosphere. The Sunako seems to be more of a serious and sensual costume (not sensual in a dirty way!), while the Enma Ai looks to be more of a cute and fun costume (although the character sounds anything but).
I would go with Enma Ai, but my preference is towards the cute (KAWAII! :P), so take that into consideration. It looks like the more difficult one to produce though.
