Scott Hardie: “It sucked.”
This is a disarray of jokes that don't connect, fight scenes that don't look physically possible, and really phony-looking and heavily overused CGI. The story has an original premise, but depends on a mystery that can really only have one resolution. The stars are all appealing, but not enough to carry a witless screenplay. The physical spaces make no sense; they're far too spacious and under-dressed to exist in reality and are clearly creations of a VFX artist. This wants to be a send-up of spy movies, but its "real" scenes are as wildly implausible as its "fictional" scenes, so it seems to have lost the plot. It took three years to produce and still needed more time. What a mess.
