One for the Money
Scott Hardie: “It ruled.”
This was one of the worst-reviewed movies of 2012, but I managed to enjoy it just fine. I appreciated the witty rapid-fire dialogue that had me rewinding in parts to catch all the jokes, cracking up a few times, and I cared about the characters by the end. The worst thing about the movie, besides the Goatse poster, is its utter lack of believability; the main character lives a fantasy life mostly free of hardship. I guess I can't recommend this movie if nobody else anywhere liked it, but I did.
