I feel like a little bit of a jerk for not realizing that yesterday was it for her, too, when I saw something about a "Farrah retrospective" -- I had forgotten that she was dealing with cancer, and it didn't even occur to me that it was a posthumous tribute! Had to post in atonement... ;-(

I didn't like her much at first (professionally, that is) - but she grew on me as an actress. There's little debate that Charlie's Angels = Farrah but does anyone care to guess how many seaons she starred in that show? Critics were moved by her performance in The Burning Bed but Extremities won me over.

I feel much the same way about her, although I didn't see Extremities... and while I know quite well that she was *the* Angel, I don't really remember her from the show that much... so I'm going to guess one or two seasons. The whole show couldn't have lasted more than a handful, as far as I recall.

Actually it lasted five, I think. I should look that up. But she was one and done. She came back later for cameos and such but was a regular cast member for only the first season.
