Good answer. I wonder why the mystical side of the character doesn't mesh more with the medical side. Could he invent spells to heal people? If there was an in-universe explanation for why he wasn't able to heal the radiation inflicted by the Infinity Gauntlet in Avengers: Endgame, I missed it. I would expect the Hippocratic Oath still to apply.
I'm tempted to say the Doctor from Star Trek: Voyager, since he has in his memory banks the entire history of medicine from Earth and various alien worlds, and 24th-century Earth at that. But as the show demonstrated many times, his bedside manner left so much to be desired. Other Trek doctors aren't much better (Phlox was way too weird, McCoy was a jerk, Bashir's infirmary was a house of horrors where patients never came out the same, etc).
As a longtime fan of ER, I suppose I should choose a doctor that combines Weaver's technical mastery of medicine, Lewis's soothing bedside manner, and Benton's insistence on excellence. So, I choose Banfield.

Marcus Welby. What a nice guy and never lost a patient. I grant that he rarely treated anyone with a condition worse than persistant dandruff. Dr. Blake aka The Mighty Thor would be kinda cool but I'm not sure his medical skills transferred in the morphing process.
