Thanks! The pandemic has left us with few options to celebrate. Kelly's making a chocolate cake for me, and attempting a recreation of a childhood favorite of mine (Mandarin orange salad and cheesy baked ziti), and I'm more than happy with that. It's good enough just to get a day off from work every year around my birthday. :-)

I couldn't find my regular cake pan, so bundt cake it was!
Which reminds me that there is a place that I hope reopens when this all goes away called "Nothing Bundt Cake." Best name.
