but I hope that the movie doesn't suck too badly. It has a decent cast, and an interesting premise. Here's hoping that Uwe Boll will come out of his slump.

here's to hoping the trailer doesn't contain all the good parts like BloodRayne....looks interesting at least

Mike Eberhart | February 7, 2007
Is that an actual movie? It's filming, sets, and actors really look bad. If this is a real movie, there's no way I'll be spending my $8 to see it.

Scott Hardie | February 19, 2007
BloodRayne had good parts?

Tony Peters | February 21, 2007
I'm thinking....um Kristanna Loken.....ok that's all I can think of....I mean at best a B level game and that's pushing it, at least Resident Evil and Tomb Raider built a following before the movies came out.

I wish I could see Alone in the Dark again for the first time, so I could blog the experience of watching it. It's painfully MST3K-ready. Since I can't bear the thought of watching it a second time, maybe I'll give In the Name of the King a try. Like Mike, I hope it's good, but I have grave doubts about that outcome.

Blades of Glory could be the next Will Ferrell hit...I however will avoid it like I have most of his recent movies

Michael Paul Cote | February 23, 2007
Maybe Uwe Boll will cast Will Ferrell in his next movie so no one will go to see it.

Amy Austin | February 23, 2007
Heh... why's that -- I think Will Ferrell is funny! (Well... his movies are surely hit or miss, but I still enjoy going to them -- I still haven't seen/want to see Talladega Nights... I thought it looked hilarious.)

Scott Hardie | February 24, 2007
I've had Talladega Nights here on Blu-Ray ever since I bought a PS3 months ago and it came in the box. It looks pretty bad; I can't bring myself to watch it. Even a demo of the picture & sound wouldn't matter much on my old low-definition TV set. :-\

Joe Ball | February 25, 2007
Did anyone happen to see Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly on Larry King when they were promoting Talladege Nights? They were in character the whole time... it was a little ridiculous...

Amy Austin | January 5, 2011
Lol...

Ahhh, if only this was true. The fact this guy keeps getting work gives me faith anyone can get a job in hollywood if they are obnoxious as talentless enough.

As an avid video game fan, however, the guy's insistence on doing as bad as possible really rubs me the wrong way though. Why does someone with no interest in games adapt video games?
