Sorry I screwed up the obsessions page with that tall image. But it is true, I have a new obsession. Gee... I don't know if I actually want to say more about it than that. :) But it is cool. My first such device.

I didn't like Brokeback Mountain
I know I'm a number of years too late to be talking about this, but I finally happened to see Brokeback Mountain and I have to say I didn't like it terribly much. Yes, I realize this is an extremely unpopular opinion to the point of being just plain wrong as an objective fact. Note, I do not have a problem with gay people or gay behavior. So, it is supposed to snow 9 inches today, and I didn't want to drive in that, so I did my grocery shopping yesterday. Then today (a Saturday) I decided to walk in to work with my cell phone to do some computer setup with 2-factor authentication that I wasn't able to do earlier because I never take my cell phone to work. See, I am this weird relic of the past who still wonders why people would have to get in touch with me at all hours, so I mainly treat my cell phone like it was a home phone. Go »Narcissist

Hmm well I hope this post is appearing in my blog, maybe I am a bit confused by the changes. I was worried we would have a bad weekend, because we had no DVDs from Netflix or the library, and our AC isn't working and it's been really hot. But finally the weekend was saved by the ultra quick arrival on Saturday of Sims 2 which I ordered Thursday... Go »
