Evie Totty: “It was ok.”

We saw the poster. We were all SO excited! Oh gosh! Finally! A sequel!

And although it was good - it just wasn't great. Or maybe it was and we just expected too much from it? We'll see in a year or so when I finally watch them back-to-back. Again - definitely worth the watch. Just not more than once at the theater.

Scott Hardie: “It was ok.”

Meh. There are a few funny moments, and some fun high-speed action scenes, and a clever concept for a villain. But the whole thing feels inessential. It's a story that doesn't need to be told except that Pixar's corporate owner demands unnecessary sequels. I was entertained but underwhelmed. It was the definition of "ok."

Evie Totty: Yeah that was a highlight of the film. To comment - I have yet to bother to watch them back-to-back yet. I was so underwhelmed, I forgot it even existed. − January 23, 2020 • more by Evie
