I saw The Room with Scott and our friends a few years ago at a Riff Trax screening.
It was so bad. So bad. And this is the movie based on the making of it.
This movie definitely confirms that Tommy Wiseau is a madman. Since he's filthy rich (source unknown) I guess that makes him an eccentric.
In other words: perfect that James Franco played him. The Franco brothers were fun to watch for sure. And they re-filmed a LOT of the movie because they showed scenes side-by-side at the end.
My daughter saw it and she loved it. I guess I just couldn't get past the cringe-worthy moments. Where I felt so bad for Greg.
It's definitely worth seeing. I just don't think I could watch it again, hah.
