Scott Hardie: This movie was such a flop that I can't see it continuing. Maybe it did well enough overseas to justify a sequel? I heard somewhere that Universal has given up on the connected monster universe that this was supposed to be a part of. Audiences just don't want it. They're trying to figure out how to sell what they already have instead of figuring out how to develop what the audience wants to buy. − December 8, 2017 • more by Scott
