Scott Hardie: I really like that idea. Gunn has good taste in bad taste, and I'd see just about any comedy that he made at this point in his career. (I admit being wary of his early Troma stuff.) I'm glad to hear that you found this to be so much fun. :-) − December 26, 2021 more by Scott

Matthew Preston: “It was ok.”
James Gunn brought with him several actors from the Guardians of the Galaxy for this DCU outing (Michael Rooker, Sean Gunn, Sylvester Stallone, and you could count Idris Elba from the MCU if you want). I mention this because their appearances at the beginning of the film took me out of the DCU briefly.
Adding Joel Kinnaman helps to bring the insanity level of the entire outing down to some level of normality. When you really look at this movie from a high-level, it is a ridiculous premise, even for superhero movies. Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn is the best performance, and I'm glad to see that she continues to throw herself into the character.

Erik Bates: The title of the movie bugs me. I couldn't figure out why everyone was suddenly reviewing a 5-year-old movie, only to find out that this one is new because they put "The" in the title. − December 27, 2021 more by Erik
