Lying and cheating has become nothing that interesting to report. And I hope this at least damages the strangely prevelant idea that we have a liberal media.

It still gets reported a little, but no, certainly not as much as it should. I guess it's demoralizing to be reminded that most politicians cheat, or at least bend the rules. If I were a sports fan, maybe I could equate it to the feeling of being unable to respect any athletes because so many use performance-enhancing drugs.

I'm finding a lot of things about politics lately to be disappointing, as I spoke about to you, Scott, over IM. At least the President likes ribs! (This is going around the office here, and it's hilarious! My cube-mate even put up a pic of the president (full-color poster) and a picture of a plate of ribs and the article on the kitchen fridge!)
