Something seems to be wrong with the site's email server. I haven't received any messages since Sunday night at midnight, so I'm assuming other users aren't getting their notifications either. I'll be offline for the next 2, maybe 3 days on account of the move, and if it isn't working by then I'll get on it. (When I say I haven't received any messages, I mean any at all, not just site notifications. If I seem to be ignoring a message you sent me, it's because I haven't read it yet.)
