I've been hearing a lot lately about recent under water discoveries. I can't remember the exact number but scientists estimate we've only seen about 1/3(?) of what is actually out there in the water. We know more about outer space than the ocean. I thought this was rather interesting.

You'll probably want to see Jim Cameron's new documentary, then. It's all about this subject. (link)

I have seen photos of that fish elsewhere and I keep hoping to see better ones. They're so poorly defined that the face looks like it could easily be a trick of the photograph itself, not a real phenomenon.

I don't know why this (link) is scary but this (link) is not.

Ah, they're both frightening!

The Uncanny Valley rears its (literally) ugly head again, eh?

I KNEW this reminded me of something!

Were they trying to re-create this?

P.S. How can they call this fish "discovered," by the way, when it was the result of an artificial insemination?

With artificial insemination, many magical discoveries become possible.
