Great pictures of the kids, Lori. You're right about them being photogenic. :-)
I wrote my blog rant before I received any Christmas cards in the mail. It was a statement against my office and other public places that I frequent. I am always happy to receive cards from friends and loved ones because I consider it a personal statement, and Christmas is a good occasion to remind us to wish each other well. You (and Jackie) have absolutely no reason to regret sending me a card this year or others; I'm pleased to get every one. Thank you for being more thoughtful than me in keeping in touch. :-)

OMG, I can't believe 1) how big Mia is; and 2) that I am saying this (ditto on all of Denise's comments!) -- but it just seems like not that long ago that you were pregnant and then announcing her birth and all -- time really *does* fly... and we've never even met!!!
And, truly -- from this professional studio photographer -- you are very good with the camera! The kids look adorable (even if Serena doesn't sit up straight -- she slouches cutely!), and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pic of Mia & Everett... too cute. Your backdrop and lighting are terrific, and the kids appear to be an easy shoot -- good job!!!

They're adorable. You're a good photographer. [Cue stupid cliched comment from someone without kids] I remember meeting you before you got married, it's quite remarkable how time flies...
