Erik Bates | February 12, 2008
I don't know how this is going to work for sure, but it's a fun game that my friends and I would play.

Here's how it works. You give three clues to a movie. The clues should be three words or short phrases.

Because I don't want to play a big waiting game, I suggest we just all throw out clues and everyone guess. Make it one big mess. Just let us know whose clue you are guessing on so they can tell you if you got it right.

Unless someone has a better way to make it happen.

I'll start out with an example of what I'm talking about, and the first clue:

Jenny
Shrimp
Running

Scott Hardie | February 12, 2008

Dammit, you beat me on Wanda, Aaron!

Steve's is Wizard of Oz, though.

Funny that Scott and Steve made the same two guesses for Joanna's as came to my mind... though I do believe Rent is the more accurate guess.

Also, I can only think of two things involving a dentist -- The Whole Nine Yards and Little Shop of Horrors (saw the former but not the latter) -- and somehow, I don't think I got it.

Wow, this has seen some action since I was here earlier!

1) I thought the general idea was supposed to be three one-word clues, not entire quotes, phrases and dates & such?

Tony, could you be a little more vague, please -- I can only think of one movie with armor, guns & a bank! ;-p

(Is it Ned Kelly???)

Eric Wallhagen | February 13, 2008
I'm gonna go with an animal theme on this one...
