This Saturday, we'll start playing our winter 2018 tournament in Rock Block! Here's hoping for another great time. There should be around 40-70 concerts, depending on how many people participate.

And that's really a question right now. Chris, Erik, Steve, and I are the four active players at the moment. Elaine and Justin both last played almost a month ago, so they're about to drop off off the page automatically. We can play the tournament with four, but more people in the mix will add considerably to the fun. Eiaine and justin -- and Aaron and anyone else for that matter -- are you still out there? Here's hoping to have you join us.

Will the concerts be limited to the collection that each player has? I ask because I only have a 7 cards, level 4 being the highest, with only a handful of play rules. I see this as a great way to get back into it, but it might be infuriating for those who are used to playing more advanced games.

That won't be infuriating at all! I think I speak for everyone in saying that we'd love to have you back, Matthew. If you do want to boost your collection before tomorrow, you should have earned plenty of new artist ranks from playing in previous tournaments. Check the Collection Guide and you should be able to diversify your label, especially if you focus on the lowest ranks.

If my math is correct, I'm about to defeat Matthew in my final concert of this tournament, but I don't plan to fire at any targets, in case anybody is counting. The three remaining players each have two targets left, so I want to see how it plays out from here on. Good luck, guys -- this should be a neat finish!

Every player fought really hard for this one, and I'm impressed again. Well played, everybody. I expect that we'll see this tournament format return someday.
