How would your answer change depending on the answer to that question? I'm interested in both scenarios I suppose. :-)

I don't think I would even use it. I suspect the benefits would be questionable at best, due to my own bias. If I were to change myself to a black woman, and if I (for example) think I would be subject to discrimination for that, I think I would perceive things in that light. How could I truly know if it is there, or if I just feel it should be there so I misinterpret things to see what isn't there? Confirmation bias is real, yo.

Flipping the question: You have a magic spell that forces one other person to become a different gender/race/whatever for 24 hours. How do you use it?

You have a magic spell that lets you change gender, race, ethnicity, body size/shape, or some combination of the above, for one day only before changing back. Do you use it, and if so how?
