Excellent video! Very inspiring. The numerical claims seem a little extreme -- there had to be more to such drastic weight loss in a short timeframe than mere yoga and some running toward the end. But I'm impressed either way.

Rather than clog the TC Board with things that mostly interest me exclusively, this seemed a more appropriate avenue.
