Excellent video! Very inspiring. The numerical claims seem a little extreme -- there had to be more to such drastic weight loss in a short timeframe than mere yoga and some running toward the end. But I'm impressed either way.

Brenda had a minor medical procedure today so we dropped the girls at Grandma's house for the majority of the day.
