Excellent video! Very inspiring. The numerical claims seem a little extreme -- there had to be more to such drastic weight loss in a short timeframe than mere yoga and some running toward the end. But I'm impressed either way.

Greasy Pole (Not Ron Jeremy)
Apparently, there is an annual contest in which men in drag attempt to walk the length of a greasy pole suspended over a body of water.
