Excellent video! Very inspiring. The numerical claims seem a little extreme -- there had to be more to such drastic weight loss in a short timeframe than mere yoga and some running toward the end. But I'm impressed either way.

Landscaping
It's too late now but I should have taken and posted a picture of my quaint (translation: small) front yard.
