Mine is a 1996 Mercury Cougar XR-7, Bostonian Edition, which years ago I christened "The Mighty Mighty Bostonian." It has been a good car for all these years (I inherited it in January 1997), but it is finally starting to break down with age and overuse. Driving 100 miles on working days isn't helping.

This is the only current topic that doesn't intimidate the hell out of me. But I'm bored and feel a need to add something to this page. I have a 2000 rustyauburnmaroom GrandAm that I absolutely love. I call her Rustbucket. My kids in my classes tell me I "look hot" in it. I used to have a crappy 1994 purple two door Cavalier. Now I have a decent car and am now in debt. Definitely worth it.

Welcome back, Effie. You'll jump into those intimidating topics before you know it. :-)

I drive a 99 Chevy Malibu LS, great for road trips you can pack a lot of crap in there. My dream car is a 1969 Camaro SS/RS and along the same lines as Erik, I will have one around mid-life crisis.

I drive a 1993 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE Extended Cab half ton truck. It's powered by a fuel-injected 305 with under-drive pulley system. The engine is chromed out with a chrome K&N filter and air cleaner, chrome valve covers, and billet aluminum radiator cap. It has a raised cowl induction hood. Hard fiberglass tonneau cover with a rear-wing spoiler. Custom Centerline wheels with Firestone Firehawk SS20's. Dual Flowmaster Tuned Exhaust with custom chrome tips. It's trimmed out with running boards and GTS Sideforce window louvers. The interior is trimmed out with custom billet aluminum on the dash.My dream car, and hopefully I will have it late next year, is a new BMW 323. Also, my other dream car is a 1996 Corvette.

Well, what can I say, I like cars. And trucks... It's kind of a little hobby of mine. I'm not into as much as some people, but I like to tinker around with it. I'm in the process of installing neon under my truck now. It will rock when it's all done.

Scott Hardie | July 28, 2003
Can we get a picture when it's done?

Ok, since I'm not a web expert. I sent Scott a picture of my truck. He can post it here if he wants. Mike

Sure. Here's Mike's truck, pre-neon but looking good. And here's a bonus photo of the Mighty Mighty Bostonian, with Kelly Lee, Jason Fedorow, Matt Preston, Ryan Orsucci, Denise Sawicki, and Ray Lancaster hanging around.

Hey all, go and rate my truck at www.ratemyride.com It's listed as 93 GMC Sierra Low Ride. Thanks.
