Heard of them vaguely... some band with a connection to Canada I think. That is the extent of my knowledge. Couldn't definitively say what kind of music they play or come remotely close to knowing any song.

I've heard the name, but I wouldn't know them if I saw or heard them. I did know they were a band, but that's about it. I have the Clueless soundtrack, and I don't even remember them being on it.

Never heard of them. I'd assume you are referring to a band, but I would not have been able to even confirm that without the previous comments.

Thanks, everybody. I'm not familiar with them either, but I've at least heard of them and know they have a following. I know someone who insists that they're obscure in the U.S., and I wanted to see whether at least have name recognition.

They are one of my favorite bands form Canada. I don't know when they were "popular" per se, but I was introduced to them maybe 10 years ago, and I've been collecting ever since.
