Its Hard To Be The Only One Doing All The Work. | Tragic Comedy

This year for me at work has been a mess. A few weeks alot of guys quit or got fired. I was working with three guys overnight but, now Monday just made overnights tougher and harder. The last two guys got fired and now I'm stocking shelves by myself and its impossible to get the job complete. One thing I do know is its not gonna get better and have to take one day at a time hoping they can hire more guys/gals on to help.

Hang in there, my friend. I like your "one day at a time" approach. Seemingly unsurmountable tasks can be more easily managed.

We've all felt that way at times but this sounds pretty extreme. You can't do it all so don't try to. Do what you can, of course, but understand your limits. The more you do, the less inclined management will be to get you some help. Hang in there, help is on the way.

Yeah, I hate that it's true, but I think Steve was right. Hang in there, Chris! This will pass. One day at a time is definitely the right attitude.
