Thor: Ragnarok
Scott Hardie: “It ruled.”
Marvel's latest adventure, the bridge between the Earth stories told so far and the cosmic adventures to come, is refreshingly funny throughout, looks like a zillion bucks in every shot, and is stuffed with MCU callbacks and in-jokes for those who remember the earlier films. I liked it, but I still feel a little underwhelmed. It feels like I saw the entire movie many months ago when the trailers started coming out; they spoiled the fun and surprises.

Evie Totty: “It ruled.”
The biggest litmus for me saying the above: I was smiling throughout the entire film.
Here is my review on my own pop culture page
Basically I felt it was refreshing to see Thor not always srsbsns and the story never lulled. I don't mean that action didn't stop because it did. But there was basically no time to 'run and pee' because everything seemed to be significant.
Down to Watiti's rock gladiator.
As of this writing I've already seen Thor twice and I wouldn't mind seeing it a third time for Loki's hair flip during the final battle.

Scott Hardie: Yeah, I like the new Thor with a sense of humor. He was present in Age of Ultron but didn't really get to shine until this film. He's definitely preferable to Mr. Serious Pants. − November 18, 2017 more by Scott
