Aaron Shurtleff | January 9, 2007
It was only because Ginn was injured. :P

Ever get the feeling that they gave the Heissman to the wrong guy? Happy Happy Amy.

Mike Eberhart | January 9, 2007
Yeah, Happy Birthday Amy, Mine was just a couple of weeks ago... Dec. 27th... Woohoo.... Now I'm 33....
Anyway, that was a good game...

Happy Happy Amy...I was traveling all day Monday and Tuesday only to find out that Florida killed OSU from the immigration official at JFK. My eagerness to know the score probably got me through with no second checking, since the guy who checked my passport was a huge Florida fan. Now if I could only get my suitcase back from Europe...

I just have 2 words to say about college football (and am looking for a response)

WE ARE...

Amy Austin | January 11, 2007
...all strong for old Florida,
down where the old Gators play.

(Go Gators!)

Thanks, everyone... it wasn't the Happiest ever, but there are a handful of people who tried really hard to make it special despite the circumstances, and that made it a lot better than it could have been. Hopefully, all of these people know who they are -- not all of them will read this, but at least one will... thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Mike, I'm sorry I missed wishing you a Happy on yours -- I knew it was near mine sometime, but didn't remember exactly when and must have missed it on the site (unless you still haven't made that public information on your profile). I believe it's Steve Dunn's here soon, too, if I remember correctly??? (I just looked it up, and yes, I missed Mike's and yes, Steve's is on the 17th -- Happy Belated, Mike... and Happy Early, Steve, just in case I miss yours, too!)

Thanks, Jackie -- I took that the day before my birthday... was having a moment of peace in the midst of my personal crisis, and after I dressed in my "Big in Japan" shirt (for Aaron!), I felt sort of pretty at the moment and decided to update my pic on the last day of my 33rd year. Still pasty white, I know... but at least it's the most current and accurate! And yeah, my photos do tend to run the gamut of photogenicity... I try not to ever share the really bad ones, though -- and I gotta' keep mixin' it up, you know! ;-)

Ho, you stink. Didn't even make the BCS bowl so you can't do your gay "we are" chant. Besides, Marshall had that chant first. At least I can't be disappointed by my school's football team since we didn't have one.

Scott Horowitz | January 11, 2007
Marshall did not have that chant first, we did.

Also, this was a rebuilding year for us having a lot of graduates, including our entire Offensive line, and QB.

Yeah PATS... Not like they ever make it easy though...OK I'm better now

Michael Paul Cote | January 15, 2007
Scary thing was Brady never looked worried!

I just want to see Brian U. BURY Peyton Manning. Never liked him, never will.

Tony Peters | January 23, 2007
Florida vs Tennessee....I don't think Tennessee won any game during Peyton's tenure as QB

yeah Grossman....

Amy Austin | February 5, 2007
Hm... sour Patriot grapes and roast Bear (sorry, Jackie). Doesn't sound like very good game day fare. May I recommend the Bud Light & carne asada?

Scott Horowitz | February 5, 2007
Was it me or did most of the commercials suck this year?

Amy Austin | February 5, 2007
Well, since I was at a *very* exclusive party (me, myself & my "girls"), I didn't actually watch the first half -- so I don't know about those. I did read on a live blog other opinions of the suckitude... but I laughed out loud at the axe & chainsaw one -- that was funny. Oh, yeah... and I rather enjoyed the ETrade one, too.

Not really sour grapes, I didn't expect the Pats to go as far as they did, I just hate Peyton Manning. Glad for Tony D., but I was rooting more for the Bears than against the Colts.

Amy Austin | February 5, 2007
Oh, well, Mike... that was directed more toward Tony P. -- didn't know there were any other Patriots here!

Tony Peters | February 5, 2007
thanks...I was bummed about the Pats not going but I was more bummed that Manning got to go (my dislike of him goes deep...for which I partially blame Amy)....my happiness was that Rex scored a TD before Peyton...I was soo hoping he'd live up to his reputation and not be able to beat Florida. Sadly Train Rex gave Peyton the MVP

That *is* funny. Well -- gotta' give the guy credit -- he's not a welcher!
